Fair and transparent policy outlining returns, refunds, and exchanges for your peace of mind.
1. Returns
- Returns are only accepted in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- A 360° unboxing video from the moment the parcel is opened is mandatory for validation.
- Once approved, the item must be returned using a reliable local courier service. We do not offer pickup services.
- If the same item is out of stock, we will offer the closest available alternative based on value and availability.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances.
- In exceptional cases, if a refund is granted:
- A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will be deducted.
- Refunds are issued only to Indian bank accounts and may take 5–7 working days after approval.
- No refund will be processed if:
- Delivery is confirmed through tracking records.
- The shipping address provided was incorrect.
- Delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable or failed to respond.
3. Exchanges
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request an exchange for a different product of equal value.
- Exchange requests cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
- No exchange is allowed for personalised or custom-made items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.
- If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately via email.
- A 360° unboxing video is required to validate any such claims.
- We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
5. Lost or Delayed Parcels
- In case of parcels lost in transit, we will arrange for a free replacement.
- For delays:
- Domestic orders: allow up to 10 working days.
- International orders: allow up to 4 weeks before raising a concern.
- If delivery is confirmed via tracking, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Refused or Undelivered Parcels
- If delivery is refused or the customer is unavailable and the package is returned, the customer will be liable for re-shipping charges.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- The order may be eligible for store credit at our discretion, excluding shipping costs.
