Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

• We ship across India through authorized courier partners only.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed before 12 PM on working days are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 12 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery times generally range between 2–5 working days for most urban locations.
• Bulky items may be shipped via surface transport and may take 7–10 working days unless upgraded to air service upon request.

⚠️ Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or use Speed Post, unless specific arrangements with our courier partners allow it.

2. Delivery Delays May Occur Due To:

• Incorrect delivery addresses or unreachable contact numbers
• Inability to reach the customer for delivery confirmation
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns)
• Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
• Customs or regulatory interventions (for applicable cases)

We strive to ensure timely deliveries but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

3. Charges for Delhi & Other States

• For deliveries outside Delhi (in India), local levies such as octroi, entry taxes, or municipal charges may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
• If a shipment is refused upon delivery, any return cost and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• The remaining balance, if any, may be issued as store credit or discount coupon.

4. International Shipping

• We offer international shipping with a processing time of 3–5 business days.
• Standard international delivery takes 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Customers, Please Note:

• Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or additional taxes are not included in product or shipping cost.
• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
• Customs delays are beyond our control—please place urgent orders well in advance.

5. Tracking Information

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment tracking details.
• It is your responsibility to monitor shipment progress via the courier's tracking portal.
• In case of delivery issues, you may contact our support team for assistance.
