4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to:

  • Government restrictions or customs delays
• For international deliveries, the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects. Returns for other reasons are not accepted.
• To initiate a return, customers must follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with an RMA (Return Authorization Number) within the specified window.
• Refunds will only be issued after inspection and confirmation. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
• No refunds will be issued where valid proof of delivery exists.

• We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings and production differences.
• Minor packaging damage during transit will not qualify for returns or refunds if the product itself remains intact and functional.
